underwhelming stay despite the setting

slow service resort remoteness
the location offered a restful place away from the city center
service in the restaurants proved slow and inattentive i waited an unreasonable amount of time for drinks and food orders frequently faced delays. this was compounded by the resort's remoteness there wasn't a shop for essential items like sunscreen. the overall experience didn't justify the cost

isolated location insect problem
The location is too isolated. Walking outside the resort is not really possible. I had to deal with a lot of insects inside and outside my room. The resort concept is about preserving the environment, I understand. Still, the sitting room in the villa was too hot. It only had fans. Air conditioning would have helped there.

amazing villa and very nice staff!

huge pool comfortable seating clean villa attentive staff
this place exceeded my expectations! i was upgraded to a beachfront pool villa and it was the most fine accommodation i've ever stayed at. the pool was huge, the deck had comfortable outdoor seating, and the in-ground spa was massive. the villa was fresh, clean, and lovely. the staff were attentive and responded on whatsapp within minutes!
I found very few halal, vegetarian or vegan options for food. The breakfast selection was limited. the fruit options were primarily dragon and passion fruit, which could be more diverse.

the staff greets guests with smiles and are always happy to assist. they are caring and genuine, always wearing a smile and ready to serve. communication through whatsapp is quick and efficient, with responses within 10 minutes.

the breakfast offers a great variety of options to choose from. the resort has two restaurants, offering both vietnamese and european cuisines, both providing nice views. prices are normal to high, but the food tastes good.
